1. Controller

2. Data we process

Request form: name, company, role, phone, email, site details (type, stage, city, area, required works, timeline) and your comment.

Communication: if you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we process your messages and contact details.

Technical data: server logs of our hosting provider (IP address, browser, time). To protect against spam we temporarily store an irreversible hash of the IP address for up to 24 hours. WhatsApp button clicks are counted anonymously, without personal data.

Visit statistics: without cookies, our own server records visits lasting at least 20 seconds or including a contact click: pages viewed, time on site, source (e.g. Google, Facebook, an ad campaign), device and browser type, country derived from the browser time zone and the IP address (truncated unless you chose “Accept all”). Statistics are kept for 12 months and not shared with third parties.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your request and preparing a proposal — steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Website security and spam protection — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• External services (map) — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with hosting and email providers that process it on our behalf. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) privacy terms also apply to that communication. We do not sell data.

5. Retention

Requests are kept for no longer than 24 months and are then deleted automatically, unless a contract is concluded (in which case data is kept as required by the contract and applicable law).

6. Cookies

The website uses only the necessary cookie cc, which stores your cookie choice (12 months). An admin session cookie is used only in the admin panel. The map (OpenStreetMap) is loaded only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details above.

8. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, Elijas iela 17, Riga, LV-1050, www.dvi.gov.lv).
